The condo complex is one of the largest undertaken by Tokyu Land Corporation.
On March 2nd, Tokyu Land Corporation unveiled to the press sales results of one of the company's largest buildings, Branz Tower Toyosu; a 1,152 unit condo complex in Koto Ward which was completed in October of 2021.
Sales began in early October of 2019 and were sold out by completion, with approximately 16,500 viewing inquiries received since the launch of the building’s dedicated website in January of 2019.
80% of buyers are from Tokyo’s 23 wards, with approximately 40% of them already living in Koto Ward.
Sales prices ranged from 44 million to 578 million yen, with an average price per tsubo of 4.1 million yen.

The average age of purchasers was 42 years of age, the average household size was 2.5 persons, 65% of purchasers are company employees, and many of the premium units are occupied by executives, doctors, and lawyers.
The property is highly valued for its convenient location in the Toyosu area, close proximity to schools, parks, and commercial facilities, child-rearing facilities, and well-developed common areas.
Delivery is scheduled for late March of 2022.

The project was jointly developed by NIPPO Corporation, JR West Properties and Taisei Yuraku Real Estate.
The site is a 4 minute walk from Toyosu Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and Yurikamome Line, and is adjacent to waterfront areas such as Todenbori and Toyosu Gururi Park.
The total development area is approximately 24,000 square metres with a total floor area of approximately 136,271 square metres.
The structure is 48 floors above ground, with 1 basement level for parking and other common areas, a supermarket and a licensed nursery school on site.
A promenade leading to the waterfront from Toyosu Station was developed in the centre of the site, and a large green space of approximately 7,950 square metres was also created.

Residential units are located on the 5th to 48th floors, with floor plans ranging from 1 to 3 bedroom configurations. Size in square metres range from areas 43 to 227 square metres.
The most common layouts consist of approximately 600 units in a 3 bedroom layout ranging from 70 to 75 square metres, and 92 units of 100 square metres or more.
The 46th and 47th floors are labelled premium floors, and the 48th floor is the royal premium floor.
The 4th floor is dedicated to common areas, and a variety of facilities are provided to take advantage of the scale of the building. The 33rd floor features a Sky View Lounge with a view of the bay.
