The suburban strata title condo complex offers many amenities often found only in CDB complexes.
On June 3rd, Tokyu Corporation announced that it will open a strata title condominium gallery on June 11th for the Dresser Tower Minami Machida Grandberry Park project; a 375 unit complex located in Machida City, Tokyo.

Minami-Machida Grandberry Park is a 22-hectare area centered on Tsurumai Park, which stretches to the south of Minami-Machida Grandberry Park Station on the Denentoshi Line, and is the former site of the Grandberry Mall, which closed in February of 2017.

Both Machida City and Tokyu are working together to redevelop the commercial facilities, an urban park, and the station itself. The condominium will be directly connected to the station and the Grandberry Park commercial facility via a pedestrian deck on the second floor.

The station is a 41 minute direct train ride to Shibuya station on the Denentoshi line, shorter depending on the day and time the trains are used.
The site area is approximately 7,223 square meters, with a total floor area of 45,384 square meters, and 34 floors above ground and one basement floor. Residential units will range in size from 58.01 to 128.77 square meters, with room layouts ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms with the most common layout being 3 bedrooms.

A work cabin, trunk room, rental vegetable garden, laundry room, terrace lounge, and various other common facilities are also provided. Construction is scheduled to be completed in March of 2024.

Toward the goal of "building a cycle of resettlement in the community" set forth in the "Basic Policy for the Development of Minami-Machida Station Area" formulated by Machida City, support for resettlement will be provided for local senior homeowners who purchase this property.
Tokyu will also provide home sale services, such as brokerage services with a buy back guarantee, in order to ease apprehension of first time home buyers and to attract new residents to the area.
In order to promote resettlement between parents and their children, the program will also subsidize up to 300,000 yen in renovation costs for children and grandchildren who will move into an existing unit that was originally occupied by their parents.
Since the website was opened to the public in November of 2021, the number of registrants has exceeded 4,500, which speaks towards buyer demand. .
Sales are scheduled to begin in late June, 2022.
