The most LOIs submitted for one unit was 69 applications.
On April 12th, ten developers*, including Mitsui Fudosan Residential, announced that all 557 units of Harumi Flag (Chuo Ward, Tokyo), which went on sale in March, have received purchase applications.
The number of registered applicants was 3,685 families. The maximum number of applicants for one unit was 69, and the average application per unit was approximately 6.6 LOIs.
Harumi Flag is an approximately 13 hectare redevelopment project consisting of 5,632 units of residential and commercial facilities and was used as the Athletes' Village for the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics.

Sun Village consists of seven buildings with a total of 1,822 units. This phase, 249 units in buildings A, B, C, D, and F were sold.
Exclusive floor spaces ranged from 61.06 to 106.57 square metres. Prices ranged from 49.9 million to 108.1 million yen.
Park Village consists of seven buildings with a total of 1,637 units. This phase, 308 units in buildings A, B, C, E, and F were for sale.
Exclusive floor space ranges from 69.2 to 106.82 square metres. Prices range from 57.7 to 129 million yen.
Pavilion tours for the second phase of Sun Village and Sea Village will begin in mid-May. Reservations are required for viewings
Sales are scheduled to begin in late June. At this point, 16 of the 17 built strata title residences are in different phases of sales. The final building, Sun Village E Wing, will also begin sales in late June.
Since the launch of the official Harumi Flag website at the end of October of 2018, more than 55,000 accounts have been registered with more than 14,000 families visiting the Harumi Flag pavilion, which opened in April of 2019.
The pavilion was closed from late March of 2020 to late August of 2021.
1,188 units have been sold in the seven months since reopening.
