On March 22nd, Open House Development commenced first phase sales of their yet to be built condominiums Open Residencia Nakano Arai Court (23 units in Nakano Ward, Tokyo) and Open Residencia Kagurazaka First (25 units in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo).

Open Residencia Nakano Arai Court

Nakano Arai Court is a seven minute walk from Araiyakushi-mae Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.

The project has a site area of 530.51 square meters, a total floor area of 1,648.66 square meters built with a reinforced concrete structure with five floors above ground and one basement floor. 

There are 8 units for sale, priced between 59.88 million and 77.88 million yen.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in late February 2023, and occupancy will commence in late March of the same year.

Open Residencia Kagurazaka First

Kagurazaka First is a one minute walk from Kagurazaka Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line.

The project will be a 13 floor reinforced concrete building with two steel-frame floors, with a site area of 258.04 square meters and a total floor area of 1,517.10 square meters. 

The units range in size from 43.08 to 54.80 square meters, with floor plans ranging from 1LDK+SR to 2LDK.

There are six units for sale in the first phase, priced between 75.8 million to 180.8 million yen.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in late August 2023, and occupancy will commence in late September of the same year.
