On February 3rd, Coplus and Kanden Real Estate Development announced the second phase sales launch of a new strata title condo complex named Asagaya House in Tokyo’s Suginami Ward.

The 25 unit property is located an 8 minute walk from Minami Asagaya Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and a 10 minute walk from Asagaya Station on the JR Chuo and Sobu Lines.
The site area is approximately 1,035 square meters. The building is a reinforced concrete structure with three stories above ground and one below, and a total floor area of approximately 2,062 square meters.

The units range from 54.74 to 84.55 square meters with an average size of about 73 square meters.
The building has 20 different plans for a 25 unit building, including maisonette layouts and wide-span type units.
What makes this building unique is that 18 of the 25 condos are corner units, allowing maximum light access with minimal sound issues from adjacent rooms.
Construction was completed on October 28th, 2021 with the first phase of sales finished on schedule.
The second phase of sales involving 10 units began on January 29th. Floor plans in this phase range from 2 to 3 bedroom layouts, with exclusive areas of 68.48 to 84.55 square meters.
Sales prices range from 67.9 million yen to 102.9 million yen. Handover is scheduled for early April of 2022.
