Cooking utensils, cleaning tools, and other equipment, as well as bicycles, can be rented as part of shared services. There is no need to apply for or cancel electricity, gas, or water services when moving in or out, as utilities will be charged at a fixed rate.
A first for the company, Mitsui Fudosan Residential also provides services to support daily life with meal services like breakfast and dinner available at the open dining room for less than 500 yen per meal. Laundry services are also available for a separate fee.
In addition, a subscription service for furniture such as desks and chairs will be provided in order to create a work environment in the studio units.
Regarding sustainability, Park Axis Kinshicho Styles will be the first in the Park Axis series to receive electricity from renewable energy sources. The entire building will be powered by green electricity, which will be supplied to both private and common areas.
Tenant move-in is scheduled to begin in mid-April of 2022.
