Open House Development launched sales on their Open Residencia Kichijoji Honcho project.
On November 20th, Open House Development launched sales activities for the Open Residencia Kichijoji Honcho Place condominium complex.
The 23 unit development is located a 10 minute walk from Kichijoji Station on the JR Chuo Main Line and the Keio Inokashira Line.
Kichijoji is one of only two stations outside the Yamanote line that has direct train access to both Shibuya and Shinjuku Stations, the other being Shimokitazawa.
The property will sit on a total site area of approximately 656 square meters and have a total usable floor area of approximately 1,857 square meters. The structure will be reinforced concrete with five stories above ground and one basement level.
The units range in size from 48.81 to 110.04 square metres, with room layouts ranging from 2 to 4 bedroom configurations.
The sales prices range from 71.8 million to 159.8 million yen.
Within limitations, a design order system has been adopted to allow customers to customize the floor plan, color, counter top heights in the kitchen and bathroom as well as other features according to the buyer's individual needs.
Standard features include a dishwasher/dryer and a bathroom heater/dryer with mist sauna, and double-glazed windows will be installed to enhance heat insulation.
In addition, automated security is provided at the building entrance, elevators, and residences to ensure strong crime prevention.
As of the time of writing, one unit has been contracted; a 65.12 sqm, 3 bedroom unit that reportedly sold for 94.8 million yen.
That said, it is still early as construction is set to be completed in late December 2022 with delivery scheduled for late January, 2023.
