Nicholas Wilson - JLL Japan

Nick joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2010 and is an Associate Director with the Japan Capital Markets group. He is responsible for the production of thought leadership research papers on national and regional markets, as well as providing investment analysis and advisory services for the firm’s capital markets clients.

Nick provides well-respected commentary and analysis around the latest market trends and investment activity across Japan via both internal and external publications, press announcements, and the delivery of market presentations. He provides top-down insights on national and regional trends, from macro-level and financial market developments through to the impact and consequences of these on real estate markets.

His qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate) from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a Master of Science (MSc) Financial Services from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland.
