A 24 hour bilingual front desk, doormen, porters, and other services are also provided. Mori Building also plans to offer a special support program for foreign entrepreneurs moving into the serviced apartments.
Mori Building president Mr. Shingo Tsuji said at a recent completion ceremony speech that "This is a very important project that will play a role in the residential functions of the Toranomon Hills area, which is expanding and evolving toward the goal of becoming an international new city and global business centre. With the approval of the project as a National Strategic Special Zone in September 2015, we were able to start construction only a year and a half after the city planning decision was made, and sales are progressing well despite the pandemic.”
