Over a quarter of purchasers in the subdivision were from Tokyo.
On November 4th, Daiwa Jisho Residence announced that all 274 lots of the Verena Garden Chiba New Town Chuo in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture, have sold out.
Built and released in stages, the large, subdivided housing complex originally launched for sale in December of 2016.
With a total development area of 63,000 plus square meters, there are two large blocks with 137 lots in Block One and 137 lots in Block Two.
The development is a 10 minute walk from the entrance of Block One to Chiba New Town Chuo Station on the Hokuso Line.
The lot sizes range between approximately 170 to 314 square meters and the houses were built with approximately 100 to 147 square meters of usable floor space.
All homes have been built and sales prices ranged from approximately 34 million yen to 53 million yen.
Taking advantage of the ample development area, a pedestrian walkway in the center of the district, palm tree lined streets, wide footpaths, and other features were created to foster a sense of community.
The homes incorporate a rotunda terrace adjacent to the kitchen, a library hall, and a study room.
Outdoor wood patios come standard as well as a central foyer at the entrance and high atrium ceilings in the first floor living rooms that are open to the second floor ceiling.
For the homes released after the onset of the pandemic, new features were added such as a teleworking space and a storage cabinet near the entrance for disinfectants.
The total number of visits by potential buyers since the launch of sales was 1,645 families; 844 for Block One and 801 for Block Two.
According to Daiwa Jisho Residence, 21 percent of buyers in Block One and 28 percent of buyers in Block Two moved in from Tokyo.
